Brian Graham

Brian Graham, AinstIB - Brian is the Founding Partner in Suncoast Advisory's Retail Focus unit. His principal business is in Advisory to midsize business owners in funding growth and with exit strategies. His Private Equity Firm focuses on sub $50M firms with turnaround potential in the light industrial and business services arena. Brian has been a project lead in both divestiture and acquisition activities for over ten years. In previous roles, Brian has direct P&L responsibility for key accounts in one of the top EMS companies in the world as well as for management of the executive relationship with a Fortune 50 corporate customer. Brian has over 20 years experience in Electronics Manufacturing as both a successful corporate executive and Contract Manufacturing business owner. His experience includes 10 years in General Management in businesses with revenue in excess of $200M annually; six years as a Director of Operations serving Domestic and International customers. His operations experience includes both high volume, low mix and low volume, high mix business models incorporating global supply chains. His international experience extends to Asia, Mexico and Eastern Europe.

Brian and his wife Caryn reside in Oldsmar Florida and have three adult children. Brian earned his MBA from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business and his BS in Engineering from Michigan State University.

Walter Steinheimer

Walter Steinheimer, AinstIB - With thirty-plus years of progressive business and management experience, Walt has during his career worked extensively with small and medium-sized businesses in developing various support systems in helping businesses grow. In the early years, he worked in chemical manufacturing environment, developing standard cost reporting system, shifting to international import/export business where he not only developed export financial reporting system, he was also instrumental in establishing transport distribution logistics for imports of Brazilian woodpulp into the Northeast. Having completed this project, he then became engaged in a small business turnaround situation by designing and implementing financial information system which easily met DoD audit standards where the entity was able to secure several multi-million dollar DoD contracts. Moving on, Walt was also part of a team responsible for converting an IBM-based information system to a HP-based corporate information system, again the client being a contractor for the US military. Then his focus shifted to overseas, where he has been involved in telecommunications joint venture, travel, even having established a his own personnel logistics support business which accommodated ex-patriates coming in from aboard to insure they were well looked after while working in west Africa. All these various experiences has given Walt a rich and varied portfolio of business knowledge available to his clients. He strives to find practical, simple solutions to difficult issues facing business owners, having worked for companies based in 3 continents.

Walt is a graduate of Rutgers University, and is currently a member of the Rotary Club of Seminole Lake, as well as a member of the Seminole Chamber of Commerce.

George Motran

George Motran, AinstIB - George brings over twenty-five years of management experience to the SunCoast Advisory professional team. George has worked in organizations to problem-solve, develop leadership and management capability, manage transitions in an ever-changing business climate, and plan for the future. His efforts have helped clients transform the way they operate, seek innovative solutions, enhance internal communication, and improve their bottom line.

George had an extensive career with both International and National firms, working as a Controller, Director of Operation and General Manager. As a partner of an advisory firm, he brings extensive experience in successful business development and management in the retail sector. George has successfully provided consulting for Restaurants Owners, Hair Salons, Grocery stores, Fast Food Franchises, C stores, Printing shops, Car repairs, Florists and more.

George helps business owners examine the various elements of their business systems - from leadership to operations to internal interactions with the customer environment - working with them to address issues that impact performance, productivity, and ultimately, the bottom line.

George holds a Bachelor Degree in Science from University of Montreal, and a Master in Management Accounting from York University in Ontario. George is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants - Tampa, is an accredited Executive Associate of the Institute for Independent Business, as well as being an active member of the Chamber of Commerce of central Pasco County, and other civic and business organizations. His Advisory and consulting firm was recognized by the Federal Government in Washington, D.C., and George represents Florida on the Business advisory council, chaired by Governor Tom Cole in Washington D.C.

Rainer H. Harteneck

Rainer H. Harteneck, AinstIB - "I am a marketing coach and advisor. Yes I love it. I've done traffic acquisition; growing business owner's bank account, marketing, affiliate marketing, management, sales, business development and public speaking. I've run and turned around companies. Helped to build a few companies, and finally in 2003 I founded Sovereign Advisory Group LLC, which provides business-building services to retail companies merchants all across North America. I worked with a wide range of companies in every area of retailing and small business. "

Rainer holds an MBA from the University of Pforzheim Germany and worked as a CEO and CFO in businesses in Europe, Africa and United States of America and has been instrumental in starting up and growing businesses for over 28 years. An action-oriented, growth-driven senior executive with extensive P&L experience in international business development, mergers and acquisitions, operations, project management, finance/accounting, sales, and risk management. Possesses a proven ability to negotiate contracts, recruit and inspire powerful teams, and design and implement strategies that produce dramatic revenue, market share, and quality increases. Utilizes influence and persuasion to motivate and manage personnel, resulting in a productive and harmonious workplace. Rainer core experience is growing businesses for owners and entrepreneurs. He takes the initiative to build long-term relationships with retail clients by providing guidance, mentoring and advice. A hands-on approach gives our customers the direct benefit of his experience and qualifications.
