Brian Graham

Brian Graham

Brian joined SunCoast Advisory in early 2008 after over twenty five years of progressive experience in leading large and small organizations as President and in General Management. A graduate of Michigan State University Engineering School, Brian has advanced his career in the manufacturing arena and has had the great fortune of working on projects covering both domestic and international expansion with companies like EASi SMT contract manufacturing, Shure Wireless Microphone, USRobotics (acquired by 3com), Jabil and Sea Link International. His success has included work in original equipment manufacturing and in contract manufacturing service (EMS) companies.

As a Manufacturing Leader, Brian has led teams around the world in a variety of disciplines including launch of ERP system, advanced quality systems, managing supplier outsource projects (in electronics, sheet metal fabrication and wire harness manufacturing), cost reduction projects, six sigma, lean and Kaizen initiatives using value engineering.

Brian is an experienced project manager and has led teams launching literally hundreds of new product introduction initiatives launched in the Americas, eastern and western Europe and Asia that included product miniaturization of both electronics and system packaging.

Brian received his MBA from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado and enjoys working with companies of all sizes helping them through the process of setting strategy and executing strategic plans in manufacturing and business development for business ownership teams.

In the EMS Industry, Brian has had the privilege of working with fortune 50, 100 and 500 companies including: IBM, Seagate, Honeywell, Schlumberger, Gateway and many smaller start up companies. Brian has successfully grown and managed divisional P&L from $50 million to over $300 million annually delivering a mix of domestic and international manufacturing and distribution services for ten years.

Walter Steinheimer

Walter Steinheimer

With thirty-plus years of progressive business and management experience, Walt has during his career worked extensively with small and medium-sized businesses in developing various support systems in helping businesses grow. In the early years, he worked in chemical manufacturing environment, developing standard cost reporting system, shifting to international import/export business where he not only developed export financial reporting system, he was also instrumental in establishing transport distribution logistics for imports of Brazilian woodpulp into the Northeast US. Having completed this project, he then became engaged in a small business turnaround situation by designing and implementing financial information system which easily met DoD audit standards where the entity was able to secure several multi-million dollar DoD contracts. Moving on, Walt was also part of a team responsible for converting an IBM-based information system to a HP-based corporate information system, again the client being a contractor for the US military. Then his focus shifted to overseas, where he has been involved in telecommunications joint venture, travel, even having established a his own personnel logistics support business which accommodated ex-patriates coming in from aboard to insure they were well looked after while working in west Africa. All these various experiences has given Walt a rich and varied portfolio of business knowledge available to his clients. He strives to find practical, simple solutions to difficult issues facing business owners, from start-up financing to back office operations, having worked for companies based in 3 continents.

Walt is a graduate of Rutgers University, and is currently a member of the Rotary Club of Seminole Lake, serving as one of the club's directors. He is also a member of the Central Pinellas Chamber of Commerce, Seminole Chamber of Commerce, as well as an Associate with the Institute for Independent Business.

George Motran

George Motran

George brings over thirty years of management experience to the community. George has worked in organizations to problem-solve, develop leadership and management capability, manage transitions in an ever-changing business climate, and plans for the future. His efforts have helped clients transform the way they operate, seek innovative solutions, enhance internal communication, and improve their bottom line.

George had an extensive career with both International and National firms, worked as a Controller, Director of Operation and General Manager. As a partner of an advisory firm, he brought extensive experience in successful business development and management. George specializes in providing capital funding solutions to business owners and investors.

He helped business owners examine the various elements of their business systems - from leadership to operations to internal interactions with the customer environment - he worked with them to address issues that impact performance, productivity, and ultimately, the bottom line.

George holds a Bachelor Degree in Science from University of Montreal and a Business Management and Accounting Degree from Seneca College in Ontario. George is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants - Tampa, is an accredited Executive Associate of the Institute for Independent Business, as well as being an active member of the Chamber of Commerce in Pasco County, and other civic organizations such as SCORE and Wesley Chapel Speaks Toastmasters where he is the treasurer for the chapter, and a secretary of the Rotary Club Wesley Chapel Sunrise.

I love to be a marketer, business owner, coach and consultant. I've done start up, grow, turn around and sell businesses on three continents. In 2002 founded Sovereign Advisory Group LLC (SAG) and Environmental Equipment Services (EES). SAG provides coaching, consulting, business broker services.

EES represents world leaders in manufactured products like for example SPX Balcke-Dürr GmbH, Rothemühle and Brückner Biotic GmbH. EES expertise is in heat exchangers, emission control equipment, cooling towers, air cooled condenser including engineering and construction to meet the need of coal and gas fired electric power plants, nuclear power plants, refineries, chemical plants. Currently, he focuses in branding and marketing steam cycle equipment for the nuclear, solar and renewable electric power generating industry.

Rainer is fluent in German and English language and worked as a CEO / CFO in Germany, Turkey, South Africa and USA for over 32 years. An action-oriented, growth-driven senior executive with extensive P&L experience in international business, sales, marketing, business development, mergers and acquisitions, operations, project management, finance accounting and risk management. Possesses a proven ability to negotiate contracts, recruit and inspire powerful teams, and design and implement strategies that produce dramatic revenue, market share, and quality increases. Utilizes influence and persuasion to motivate and manage personnel, resulting in a productive and harmonious workplace.

Rainer's core experience is growing businesses for owners and entrepreneurs. He takes the initiative to build long-term relationships with clients by providing guidance, mentoring and advice. A hands-on approach gives my customers / business friends the direct benefit of his experience and qualifications.

Rainer holds an MBA from the University of Pforzheim Germany is a Master Mentor, Certified Behavioral Coach, Certified Networker, Score Counselor is member of Tampa Chamber of Commerce, German - American Chamber of Commerce, Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Tampa Bay and Secretary of Tampabay Interbay Rotary club.
